August 7, 2019 - Medium salmon color. Aromas of strawberry & quince, sandstone & slate minerals, pressed flowers, savory spices. Crisp and bright fruit on the front palate, nicely textured with hints of richness, and savory spice and mineral depth emerging in the middle and back. Refreshing acidity and roundness to the structure. Plenty of depth on the finish. Excellent.
