  August 8, 2019 - Delicious with a grilled Delmonico steak. Started out more red fruited and floral, but turned darker toned with licorice and perhaps some tobacco and maple with air. Quite a bit of fruit here, bordering on sweet. Modern styled. We both enjoyed this a lot.
