  August 9, 2019 - Dinner at Table, Donkey and Stick (Chicago, IL): It's what all the natural wine folks are drinking these days, but good. Super intense strawberry and white pepper, with a slight hint of florals as well. The palate is juicy but there's a bit of backwards grainy tannin. Pleasant to drink now, and certainly not one for aging.
