  August 10, 2019 - Straw yellow with medium optical density and very high specular reflectivity. Medium size and vigour of bubbles. Aromas of cut grass and flower meadows and creamy pears. Some lighter citrus (prominent lemon and perhaps orange peel). Crisp, clean, and dry, with flavours of creamy pear and tart apple on the attack, with some underlying dough and floral dried grass notes. As well, a citrus note of lemon with lime cuts across the whole palate but is not obtrusive. Very refreshing, with a sparkling presence on the palate that rises to an upper-palate foam, and a clean and refreshing character. Zest and energy! Finish of tart fruits and savoury sour dough with medium length.
  
  This is a nice, solid sparkling wine. A bit more depth than average, with the tart green fruits melding with a deeper toast and creaminess that yields interest. Well made and a cut above the average for sure!
