  August 15, 2019 - Opened and poured. Initial fruit bomb on the front end with a tangyness on the finish. After an hour it all started coming together and opened up. Gaining weight now. Fruity but not a fruit bomb. Juicy blackberries and boysenberries. Rose petal, A hint of mineral on the finish. Tangyness is gone. A bit of cedar, chocolate, and marshmallow. Kept getting better. Drink or hold.
