  August 16, 2019 - Jan 2015 disgorgement. Popped and poured. Really exceptional. Complex apple profile with great depth and richness. One of the better champagnes I have had in quite awhile. Needless to say this should improve and drink well for many years to come. Recommend giving this 30-60 minutes of air and serving slightly cooler than cellar temperature.
