  August 18, 2019 - Takes a little while to get going but not long (30-45 minutes). Definitely more purple fruit vs.earth/tobacco/leather. Really nice texture with extremely smooth tannins. Will save one to see what a few more years does to the flavor profile but no harm in drinking this now. Really nice bottle.
