  August 17, 2019 - The Tinhorn Creek rosé is 100% Cabernet Franc. It was a medium peach in colour with aromas of sweet fresh peaches and garden strawberries. It was light in body with medium(-) acidity. Alcohol was 13.5% and did not interfere. The wine was off-dry with flavours of watermelon and fresh strawberries. Watermelon dominated the finish, which was very long for a rosé. I would enjoy this wine again.
