  August 24, 2019 - Beautiful nose of marzipan, honey and apricot. Extra touch of stalkiness and fresh vine clippings scents. Honeycomb, candied almond, nougat on the palate. Very light on its feet - in a good way. Not exotic but very precise and beautifully balanced. I am glad I have a few more to age and see what happens. Charming!
