  August 23, 2019 - Popped, decanted and consumed over 1 hour. Nose: Medium expressiveness, tobacco and mint dominate with red and blue fruit undertones. Palate: Medium-full bodied, minty blue fruit attack, with earth and tobacco notes appearing through the mid-palate, excellent persistence from front to back, great balance. Finish: Lengthy sense of perfectly ripe red and blue fruit with subtle hints of mint and earthiness.
