  August 29, 2019 - day #1 tight with cherries and italian earth
  day #2 what happened? disjointed ,shut down,hot
  day #3 amazing transformation into everything I love about this wine; integrated earth/fruit length and elegance
  so needs a long decant or better yet wait a year or two
