  August 29, 2019 - Pop and pour, consumed over 3 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, black cherry, cranberry, rusty earth, brine, black olives, and subtle dark floral undertones. Palate: Medium bodied, tart dark red fruit attack, grippy tanins, very rustic, solid acidic back-bone, black olives and spice in the back-end. Finish: Medium length dominated by tart red fruit and rusty earth. It's got character but coming across as a little to harsh for my palate this evening, probably could have used some food.
