October 22, 2017 - Oenocosmos Wine Fair (Intercontinental Hotel): 80% fermented in tulip shaped cement tank 20% in oak, then blended and matured for 10 months in inox tanks.
Dense black red and black fruit, very ethereal and elegant (for a Xinomavro) showing also a few gamey notes.
The palate is light, elegant again, nice firm tannins, clear red fruit with a medium finish.672 views
