September 1, 2019 - Tasted blind, this wine had a deep yellow/light gold center and yellow/clear rims. The mousse was quite persistent. The nose started of as low+ intensity but later increased to medium-. It offered up orange rind, apple, butterscotch, and white stone. Unfortunately, there was an oxidative element to this bottle that detracted from the impressive intensity of the fruit.

In the mouth, this wine echoed the nose but with noticeably greater intensity. It was nicely balanced other than the slight oxidative quality.

Clearly, there is some bottle variation with this wine. However, I am sure they should all be consumed ASAP.
