  September 2, 2019 - Appearance : Pale gold with finesse fine bubble
  
  On nose : medium+ intensity, stone fruit : apple, pear, nectarine, some yeasty, toasty and subtle of biscuits.
  
  On palate : dry, high acidity, medium intensity, medium body and alcohol, with stone fruit with apple, pear, some tropical fruit, yeasty creamy mousse.
  
  This champagne has a very clean feel on front palate, no pressure with easy and comfort med+ finishing and savoury aftertaste. I would say this is surely one of my favourite NV champagnes. Cheers!
