  September 4, 2019 - the wine screams natural wine with notes of slight yeasty finish with acid akin to pickle juice. Despite this there is a very subtle but present amount of fruit that balances this wine. My only big gripe about this wine is that it feels more like a wine based on winemaking styles and decisions rather than from the land it comes from. Delightful none the less.
