August 31, 2019 - Hard to judge such a young wine but it definitely has potential. Everything pops, it's as if it were written in bold.
The nose is primary dark fruits with a good amount of blackberry, blackcurrant, cassis, along with toast, cedar and hints of espresso. On the palate it is dry, full bodied, with med acid, med+ tannins, velvety texture, and med alcohol. The notes of coffee, cassis and cedar pop on the palate as well. It is still very young and has a ton of potential for aging. I'd keep this at least 5 years before popping again.

[FYI, *should* you be interested, I just uploaded specific info for this vintage, including acclaim, which can be accessed via the CellarTracker Article link (lower lft)].
