  September 4, 2019 - Pale yellow in color, this wine reveals aromas of Meyer lemon, lime rind, tangerine, pear and toasty oak. The mouth feel is fuller-bodied with added elements of peach and minerals. The finish is somewhat tight with brisk acidity. 14.0% abv.
  
  Purchased for $42US, this is a enjoyable offering but lacks the finesse and complexity of the 2014 vintage, which I tasted the previous evening. Perhaps the 2016 will develop more with another few years in the bottle.
