  September 5, 2019 - golden yellow, at the nose shows hints of maturity (perhaps cellaring conditions were not at best) and at the palate delivers clear notes of ripe peche, exotic fruits and a wonderful minerality, with notes of flint stone so typical of Cailleret. Citrus comes at the end of the sip, mouthfilling with a very very long aftertaste. Superb although the bottle was not in perfect conditions.
