  September 9, 2019 - Two years since we last had a bottle of this vintage, and it seems to be aging well. Minimal tannins left, but it’s still holding together, and in fact held up against grilled steak. It’s always amazing how they can pack so much fruit, oak, and alcohol into this stuff and still end up with what I dare to say is a balanced wine.
