  September 13, 2019 - For my palate, the 2013 Ark is as close to perfection as a wine can be! Decanted for 2 hours. Floral aromas followed by flavors of black cherry, plum, blackberry and mocha. Full-bodied beast with a softness that made drinking the wine a pleasure for my palate and mouth with a 30-second finish! Drink now or in 5-10 years and you will not be disappointed!

  I too am Army '83 living in CA. I've read your Facebook posts about wine and dine. I have not tasted all the wines you 've reviewed, but I agree with your comments on many wines.
