  September 15, 2019 - Agree with previous tracker - lovely jura sharp acidity with steely edges and grilled lemon complexity. Excellent. Reminds me a little bit of the Ganevat style. Razor sharp and elegant but also with some body. This is chardonnay from a vineyard in Chateau Chalon, which is supposed to be planted only to Savagnin. These grapes remain so to say "en sursis" - i.e. "on borrowed time", hence the name. No immediate need to replant if you ask me!
