  September 15, 2019 - 4th bottle to date, and this is the best yet. Disgorged 09/2017, with no dosage and 100% Chard. Has a dried green herb note on the aromatic, a quality I have noticed in other Marguet bottlings. Lemon, pear, crushed rock and then when it warms there is a richness that settles in, allowing some yellow apple and lemon to mix well, adding some saline. I have one bottle left of this 2012 cuvee and I will let it age now, as it would seem that the wine is coming together finally.
