  September 15, 2019 - While drinking well almost immediately after opening, this really blossomed after 45 minutes to an hour of air, displaying pretty dark red, earthy fruit with lots of peppery baking spice undertones and a long, albeit, slightly tannic, finish. There’s very good depth and concentration here, and to my tastes, this is in a really good place right now with just abit of air, but there also doesn’t seem to be any hurry to drink this one up.
