September 15, 2019 - I think Spatlese-Feinherb is where Falkenstein really sings (for me at least). This has that sweet-tart tension that just prolongs the impression of the wine on the palate. It’s also Uber-refreshing and clear and minerally. Fantastic at the table and somehow both gluggable and something more serious.
