September 18, 2019 - The nose was fabulous — musky dark complex cherry and a bit of barnyard. Unlike a few prior notes, we found this the opposite of austere; it was quite generous and friendly — yet powerful, with a hint of astringency. One of the most enjoyable NSGs in our memory/ experience, and we think this is drinking beautifully right now. (At Le Petit Verdot.)
