  September 19, 2019 - Coravined a glass to compare against a bunch of other wines tonight. Fully expected this to blow away the others. It was very good but not transcendent. Very full, smooth, opulent wine with wonderful cocoa notes and pleasant dark red fruit. OK nose and finish but nothing outstanding. To me this wine seemed to lack punch or energy and seemed just a tad low in acid.
  
  a 94+ now and I would guess it has a bit more to give. Given the 97 - 100 point CT ratings earlier I just hope I didn't miss this wines peak window.
