September 20, 2019 - Tart and quite grassy, with a honeyed, yellow fruit midpalate and spicy green finish that hints at tequila. There’s an off putting bitter phenolic edge that’s somewhat grippy and abrasive. Comes alive with goat cheese, but in general not a pleasant drink.
