  September 20, 2019 - Taken out to dinner and opened about an hour prior to tasting. Medium deep red; rather restrained savory nose with some red fruits. Initially this was quite tight, especially on the finish; over the next 2-3 hours it slowly evolved into showing more and less tannic fruit and better overall integration. This bottle seemed too young to be showing well; I will save my last one til age 20 or thereabouts. Seems to have the material to evolve into something very good.
