  Anyway, the juicy fruit was definitely hidden behind a thick wall of tannin, but it still hummed with youth and vibrance on the tongue. While raw and astringent so early, it has a promising future, supple fruit and layered spice evident now. We shall have to hunt down a few replacement bottles.
