1/17/20, 10:15 AM - I think you fail to understand the difference between where a wine is made and where the grapes are grown. Yes, Clouet wines are made at Bouzy. But that says nothing about where the grapes come from. What evidence do you have that the grapes in this wine come from Grand Cru vineyards? Surely if they did then the winemaker would put that information on the wine label?

1/17/20, 10:28 AM - Champagne does not label like Burgundy does. You have to do more homework. However, I think I have demonstrated your premise that Le Clos is the only Grand Cru champers is fallacious.
Read up on Andre Clouet and his family history. You will not doubt he is making Grand Cru fizz.
