September 25, 2019 - Medium body wine a bit mute and tight in the beginning. Recommend to decant it for 3 hours, a hint of reduction due to biodynamic viticulture. It quickly blows off.
Black currant, chocolate, violets, lead pencil, very fresh. Dark colour with slight edging tile typical of Cabernet. Not opulent but very balanced with good volume. Definitely underestimated vintage. Ready to drink as long as you give it time to breathe.
Difficult to beat for less than a 100 bucks.

1/2/20, 4:08 AM - You know, I've recently tried it 2 more bottles and it is not developing as good as I thought. Maybe it is now in a stage in the middle of nowhere or something but I expected it to be much better. Still some tannins present of course but pretty bold already. However less fresh and vibrant than a year ago. Decant it 2 hours and drink it. Don't safe many bottles...
