  September 26, 2019 - Pw/1 hr glass time. Clear, deep dark purple. Wonderful, powerful nose. This needed a lot a air time before it opened up. Initially super tight and rugged. With time, it softened a bit and drank beautifully. Dark fruit, very intense flavor, prominent tannin's but not overly so. Dusty, dry, rich, full bodied with long finish. At the front end of it's drinking window and can stand another 5 years of cellaring. Nothing off. $50
