  September 28, 2019 - By far the most remarkable Dom Perignon I have tasted. Nose is expressive and elegant - brioche, apple, candied melon. Palate: perfect balance between acidic freshness and depth. Just right - complex structure, nervous and pure. A delight for a special occasion.
