  September 28, 2019 - First bottle in almost two years and second-to-last of a half case purchased in 2016. This has held up very well and is now drinking better than ever. Very pretty and expressive on the nose. A little less sweet and flamboyant on the palate this time, with secondary notes of vanilla and bramble beginning to reveal themselves on the long, polished finish. Still leans a bit to the sweet side and could never be mistaken for a real, left-bank Bordeaux, but surprisingly good for a $17 Sonoma Cabernet.
