  September 28, 2019 - This nice looking bottle showed just "Jean Dauvissat" listed as proprietor. It had a 3.5 cm fill and the cork was in excellent shape. The wine had a deep yellow center and clear rims. The medium+ intensity nose put forth popcorn, white stone, green apples, and celery.
  
  In the mouth, this wine was unique. It featured the flavors noted above with a distinct coconut note. It was very crisp with a long finish.
  
  I have never tasted a wine quite like this one so it was hard to rate. It was quite serious and intense. It certainly had Chablis elements such as the strong acidity. Yet, one would be hard pressed to identify this wine blind.
  
  This bottle was in incredible shape and its longevity was certainly prolonged but the acidity. However, I would be inclined to drink it ASAP.
