  September 30, 2019 - This wine expresses everything that I look for with Burgundy. Most notably, you can smell it for days, and each time the brain screams "Burgundy!" It's not terrible complex all this or that, but it is pure Burgundy, exactly what I hope for but rarely encounter when tasting a wine from the region. Very pure, very classic, and even though not terribly complex beyond description. It is a benchmark. 93-96
