    September 30, 2019 - Decant for 1hr

Appearance : pale ruby, with beautiful legs

On nose : med+ intensity, red fruit : red cherry, star anise, tobacco, black pepper, tea leaves, mineral savoury

On palate : dry, med+ acidity, ripe sweet red cherry, dark chocolate, sweet vanilla, peppery spiciness, sweet and fine tannin, tea leaves, fruit on front palate, savoury and dark chocolate bitterness, med+ finishing.

It is very pleasant, good match with steak, dark chocolate is significant and structured, everyone loves its complexity. A very typical and lovely Sangiovese. Enjoy it now or keep it for 3 more years. Cheers!
