  October 5, 2019 - It's night +2 and I think this is drinking better than Night One. Colour deep into the garnet phase, however. If you have some left try it within the next 12 months, and make your mind up after that. Sealing under cork allows, unfortunately, for greater variability in aging effects. But chances are you'll find it still in it's prime drinking window.
  
  Gorgeous fruit blackberry and and plum fruit, white pepper, toasty oak in a supporting role. Fine tannins, good acid structure.
