  October 10, 2019 - Almost having buyer's (drinker's) remorse popping this guy, I was thinking to not let it go past it's peak. Boy, was I wrong, at 10 years this baby is simply delicious and very similar, but slightly smoother, than some of her younger siblings. Glad I have the 2014-16 vintages marinading and looking to add more. Paradigm never disappoints.
