  October 6, 2019 - Medium crimson with a slightly cloudy color, this wine showed raspberry, stewed plum and smoke on the nose. The mouth feel brought unexpectedly high acidity and a somewhat oxidative taste. The finish was a little harsh with the excess acidity overwhelming the nice fruit.
  
  Recently purchased for $43US (including shipping) from WineBid.com, this wine was my least favorite of the three 2004 Le Cadeaus. At 10 years, drink the 2004 Diversite offerings now. They seem to be fading.
