October 11, 2019 - Pretty good bottle of CDP (from 375). Deep red fruited nose, nice entry was surprisingly smooth, kirsch at first with barnyard coming strongly to the fore after an hour. Somewhat hollow on the mid palate. Very good finish is long with plenty of fine grain tannin.
