October 14, 2019 - Decanted for two hours. Turkish coffee, créme de cassis, caramel, blueberry, bacon fat, freesia and Kiawe wood. Exceptionally endowed, yet so finely tuned, with a very long finish and a steady roundness. Exotic and velvety, with so much vitality. This is still quite primary and will age for many years. Masculine. Even though this Leviathan is a monster, it remains very elegant and extremely balanced, with a fine acidity. I love the hybrid of cool tendencies, merged with warm. Drink 2022 -.
