  October 14, 2019 - What a pure and mineral Chardonnay. With 12% of alcohol, the bottle is empty in no time. The nose is clearly marked by complex citrus blossoms and citrus fruits. In addition, there is a very stony, wet minerality - hot, wet limestone after a cooling thunderstorm rain. On the palate very pure and very clear in aroma. Together with the acidity drawn with a laser sword, the result is a mouth watering substance, of which one cannot leave one's hand. Very much traction on the palate with medium body. The wonderful minerality together with the acidity brings a really animating freshness. The wine gives a cool, almost silky mouthfeel, Plays aromatically between different citrus fruits and sucking stones. Beautiful length.
