I’ve had a couple of random bottles from this producer that were from 99 and 03 (and 03 was rough!!). They showed quite advanced for their chronological age. They were fabulous!! If you’ve already taken the hit and purchased, hide them- you may be surprised. Your cellar seems large enough that, if you’re like me, Christmas time occurs probably every 6 weeks or so I wander around in it. Cheers!
