  October 18, 2019 - Inevitably not as good as the 2006 Villeneuve Le Grand Clos we drank alongside it, but very decent nonetheless. Classic cab franc nose. The tannins are still quite present, and this is quite an oaky cuvee. For now there is plenty of fruit to carry the tannins and oak, and it was still drinking fine after two days under vacuvin, but I don't think I'd be holding this much longer.
