  October 18, 2019 - Cranberry, sous bois, pine pitch, clam shell, blackberry, dried shiitake mushroom and red plum. With the myriad of nuances, there’s also many fine layers. Silky tannins and a long, stately finish of savory fruit. Evidently enjoyable, but some more time in the bottle will help the harmony even more. Truly evocative. Drink 2022 - 2037.
