  October 19, 2019 - Guys Night Out with Wagyu Tenderloin and Crepe Cake: About 1 1/2 hour decant. This wine definitely has secondary characteristics. The nose has funk, tar, earth and graphite. The palate is slightly hollow, and there is still some tannins present. Frankly, it drank younger than I was expecting. Hold last bottle for 3+ years and still decant 1 hour(?). I find it interesting that the cellartracker window shows this at expired. That is obviously not the case.

  10/19/19, 11:02 PM - I too find in interesting that the cellar tracker drinking window shows it as being 'expired'. I have one bottle left, that I will be opening very soon. I am very much looking forward to it after your comments and notes.
