  October 21, 2019 - Lovely bottle. Seriously fine perfume of yellow fruit, toffee, caramelized lemon. Broad shouldered and solid mouthfeel, starting to develop tertiary notes of maturity. Good mineral backbone, nice acidity, very balanced.
  For some reason I drank this over four days. Constantly developing I would dare to say it was at its best on day 3, and still very good on day 4.
  I think that is a testament to its quality!
