October 26, 2019 - Medium plus acid, looks very racy, but has enough substance and extract to balance the acidity nicely, limy minerality. On the palate tight, firm and wonderfully pure in its aroma. Various citrus notes, a hint of green apple and a delicate saltiness. Animating - with medium length.
